RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, April 14th, 2022. The meeting will be held remotely. Please go to www.apa.ny.gov and use the link for Live Remote Access found in the News and Activities section.
On Thursday at 10:00 a.m., the Full Agency will convene for Executive Director Barbara Rice's monthly report, public comment, and other procedural actions.
At 10:30 a.m., the Regulatory Programs Committee will consider a proposal submitted by Cipriani Energy Group and Yellow 4, LLC to construct a 1.5-megawatt solar generating facility. The project site is in the Town of Crown Point, Essex County. The committee will deliberate a proposal to install two telecommunication towers in the Town of Inlet, Hamilton County. The proposed 90-foot and 95-foot towers would hold communication equipment for T-Mobile, AT&T, Herkimer County, Hamilton County, and the Town of Inlet.
At 1:15 p.m., the Regulatory Programs Committee will reconvene to review and determine approvability for the Lake George Park Commission’s proposal to use the aquatic herbicide ProcellaCOR EC to control Eurasian Watermilfoil. The Lake George Park Commission would apply the aquatic herbicide to a 4.0-acre area of Blairs Bay and a 3.6-acre area of Sheep Meadow Bay in Lake George. The project site is in the Town of Hague, Warren County.
At 2:45 p.m., the Full Agency will convene to take any necessary actions.
