June 2021 Board Meeting Agenda


RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, June 10th, 2021. In accordance with New York State's ongoing efforts to ensure health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, the public should use the live Webcast event to watch the meeting. Please go to www.apa.ny.gov for remote access information.

On Thursday at 9:30 a.m., the Regulatory Programs Committee will consider authorizing a permit to the New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) for the construction of a new administrative office building. The project site is the former Lake Placid Hospital in the Village of Lake Placid, Essex County. The proposed new building would exceed 40feet in height, include 29,000 square feet of floor space, and have a building footprint of approximately 9,620 square feet.

Immediately following the conclusion of the Regulatory Programs Committee, the Full Agency will convene to consider approval for the ORDA project. No other actions will be undertaken by the Full Board.
