RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, December 10th, 2020. In accordance with New York State's ongoing efforts to mitigate the Coronavirus, the public should use the live Webcast event to watch the meeting. On Thursday at 9:30 a.m., the Full Agency will convene for Executive Director Terry Martino's monthly report.
At 10:00 a.m., the State Land Committee will receive a presentation from Agency and Department of Environmental Conservation staff on the Debar Mountain Complex and Debar Lodge Day Use Area Unit Management Plan proposals as well as a related State Land reclassification action. The Agency Board will consider authorization for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and schedule a joint public comment period for these actions.
The State Land Committee will also consider if proposed amendments to the Essex Chain Lakes Unit Management Plan conform to the Adirondack Park State Land Master Plan.
At 11:45, a.m., the Regulatory Programs Committee will consider approval for Wetland General Permit GP2014G-1B. General Permit 2014G-1B is an amendment of General Permit 2014G-1A, approved by the Agency in June 2015.
At 12:30 p.m., the Full Agency will convene to take any necessary actions and hear member and Local Government Review Board comment.
