RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency will hold its monthly meeting at its headquarters in Ray Brook on Thursday, March 19th, 2020. In accordance with New York State's ongoing efforts to slow the spread of the Coronavirus, the public should use the Agencys live webcast to watch the meeting.
Please go to http://www.apa.ny.gov and click Live and Archived webcast from the News and Activities list. The meeting will be uploaded no later than Monday, March 23 if you are unable to watch during the regularly scheduled time.

Please note these contacts are not for public comments related to Adirondack Park State Land Master Plan conformance for the Remsen-Lake Placid Travel Corridor Unit Management Plan. Details related to the Travel Corridor comment period will follow in a separate press release. On Thursday at 12:30 p.m., the Full Agency will convene for Executive Director Terry Martino's monthly report.
At 12:45 p.m., the Regulatory Programs Committee will receive a report from the Deputy Director of Regulatory Programs who anticipates approving the following projects under the Delegation Resolution. The projects are a proposed subdivision located in the Town of Edinburg, Saratoga County, a proposed new seasonal tourist accommodation located in the Town of Lake Luzerne, Warren County, and the Olympic Regional Development Authoritys Olympic Center modernization proposal.
At 1:15 p.m., the State Land Committee will come to order for a presentation by Department of Environmental Conservation staff on the proposed final Remsen-Lake Placid Travel Corridor Unit Management Plan.
The Committee will only consider authorization of a public comment period to solicit comments related to the Plans conformance to the Adirondack Park State Land Master Plan.
The committee meeting will conclude with a briefing from Agency and Department staff on Adirondack Visitor Use Management.
At 2:15 p.m., the Park Policy and Planning Committee will convene for a presentation by Agency staff for a proposed map amendment to the Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map submitted by the Town of Lake Luzerne.
At 2:30 p.m., the Full Agency will convene to take any necessary actions and hear member and Local Government Review Board comment.

The April Agency Meeting is scheduled for April 16-17, 2020.
