RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency will hold its monthly meeting at its headquarters in Ray Brook on Thursday, September 13th, 2018.

On Thursday at 9:00 a.m., the Full Agency will convene for Executive Director Terry Martino's monthly report.
At 9:30 a.m., the Regulatory Programs Committee will consider approval for a variance request to expand a single-family dwelling located within the shoreline setback of Fern Lake. The project site is in the Town of Black Brook, Clinton County.
The committee will also determine approvability for a proposed subdivision which involves 416 acres and would create 15 lots that range in size from 10 to 75 acres. The project is in the Towns of Ohio and Russia in Herkimer County.
At 1:00 p.m., the State Land Committee will come to order to consider authorizing State Land Master Plan conformance public comment period for a proposal to amend the Department of Environmental Conservation's generic campground unit management plan. The committee will also consider authorizing comment periods for proposed amendments to the Eagle Point Public Campground and Brown Tract Pond Public Campground unit management plans.
At 2:15 p.m., the Park Policy and Planning Committee will come to order to discuss the Agency's policy on Renewable Energy Production and Energy Supply. The committee will also review Agency informational flyers for Wind and Solar and the Development in the Adirondack Park guidelines for energy.
At 3:15 p.m., the Full Agency will convene to take any necessary actions and hear member and Local Government Review Board comment.
