RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency (APA) will hold its monthly meeting at its headquarters in Ray Brook, NY on Friday, August 12th, 2016. Please use http://www.apa.ny.gov and click Webcasting from the Contents List to watch the meeting.
The Full Agency will come to order at 9:00 a.m. for Executive Director Terry Martinos monthly report.
At 9:30 a.m., the State Land Committee will consider authorizing a SLMP conformance public comment period to run simultaneously with the Department of Environmental Conservations comment period on proposed amendments to the Van Hoevenberg Unit Management Plan (UMP). The Board will also consider Adirondack Park State Land Master Plan conformance for the Lake Durant, Limekiln Lake, Eighth and Cranberry Lake Campground UMPs.
At 11:15 a.m., the Full Agency will come to order for committee reports, Local Government Review Board, public and member comment.
