RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency (APA) will hold a Board meeting on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. at its headquarters in Ray Brook, NY. Please use http://www.apa.ny.gov and click Webcasting from the Contents List to watch the meeting.
At 12:15 p.m., the Regulatory Programs Committee will consider amending a telecommunication project previously approved for New Cingular Wireless, PSC, LLC d/b/a/ AT&T. The project no longer requires four roof gables. The proposed gable facing north toward Hillcrest Avenue will not be constructed. The committee will also consider authorizing exterior lighting on the three existing roof gables. The project site is located on the roof of the Crowne Plaza hotel located in the Village of Lake Placid, Essex County.
The Full Board will immediately convene to deliberate the recommendation of the Regulatory Programs Committee for project 2012-158.
The Agency will consider no other business this month. The 19th Annual Adirondack Park Local Government Day Conference will commence following the conclusion of the meeting.
