APA to Hold Public Info Meeting for Project 2014-0048


RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency (APA) will hold a public informational meeting on November 24, 2014 regarding a subdivision proposal submitted by New York Land and Lakes Development, LLC.

The meeting will be held in the Town of Bleecker Highway Department building located at 575 County Highway 112 in Gloversville, NY. The meeting will commence at 7:00 PM.

New York Land and Lakes Development, LLC has submitted an application to the Adirondack Park Agency to subdivide the former Woodworth Lake Boy Scout Camp into 24 residential building lots ranging in size from 6 to 145 acres and five commonly held lots for a total of 29 lots. The project site is located near Woodworth Lake, Hines Pond and Woodworth Lake Road in the Towns of Bleecker and Johnston, Fulton County.

New York Land and Lakes Development, LLC representatives will give a presentation that describes the project and be available to answer questions from the general public. Adirondack Park Agency Staff will also be in attendance to accept public comments regarding the project.
