ADIRONDACK PARK AGENCY JANUARY 2012 MEETING AGENDA
BOARD EXPECTED TO VOTE ON THE ADIRONDACK CLUB AND RESORT PROJECT
THIS MONTH'S MEETING WILL START ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18
RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency (APA) will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at its Headquarters in Ray Brook, NY starting on Wednesday, January 18 at 1:30PM. The meeting will continue on Thursday, January 19 and conclude on Friday, January 20, 2012. The normal monthly meeting agenda is changed to focus on the Adirondack Club and Resort project.
The meeting will be webcast live. Please use the following link: www.apa.ny.gov and click Webcasting from the Contents list. In addition, the public is invited to view the webcast live in Tupper Lake at The Wild Center.
This month the Agency concludes its deliberation of the Adirondack Club and Resort Project - 2005-100. This residential/resort project is proposed for lands in the Town of Tupper Lake, Franklin County. The Board began its review at the November 17-18 meeting. A decision is expected at the conclusion of the January 18-20, 2012 meeting.
On Wednesday afternoon January 18, the Full Agency will convene at 1:30PM for remarks from Chairwoman Ulrich and Executive Director Martino. Wednesday's meeting will conclude at 5:30PM. The Board will convene on Thursday morning at 9:00AM and end its business at 5:00PM. On Friday, the Board will reconvene at 8:30AM to undertake matters not related to the Adirondack Club and Resort. The Board will resume its deliberation on project 2005-100 at 9:00AM and it is anticipated the meeting will conclude by 1:00PM.

Please note the Agency Public Comment Policy does not allow any public comment related to matters before the Board for action. Therefore, the Agency cannot accept any public commentary on Project 2005-100 until a vote is taken.
