Newcomb, NY - On Thursday, July 1, at 7:00 p.m. the Newcomb Visitor Interpretive Center invites all to attend the first lecture of the Huntington Lecture Series: Perceptions of Wilderness in the Adirondack Park. The lecture will be presented by Abbie Larkin from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
The Huntington Lecture Series occurs on Thursday evenings from July 1 through August 19. The lecture series is sponsored by SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry's Adirondack Ecological Center. The program is free and the VIC welcomes people of all abilities.
